Invoice QTY Field isn't formatted correctly Options

I have an invoice with a few line items on it, and my QTY column on the invoice has odd formatting per row, like

1
2.000
1.500
4
1
1


Can I get everything to be a set decimal? like 1 decimal, or 2? so

1.0
2.0
1.5
4.0
1.0
1.0

In the designer you can change the printed format of the QTY field to read just 1 decimal. Format #.#
