Well it not new, I've tried to import my products in Tab Delimit with no good results. I thought well if I export your product that should work but when I imported the file it lost data. Would it be posible to send me a template that I can fill in? I have no problem importing customers.

The easiest way to create a template is to use the export products from the full menu and NOT the export to excel on the search screen.
