In what file format must the product information be to be imported?
I tried to add a sample product and export the products in order to see the file format, but only receive an error message when I try to export.

Thank you, that solved my problem. However how categories must be dealt with when importing products needs some clarification in the manual.

I am wondering if there's a way to export Customers or Products by Category only or by Status only (i.e. Product export by Category, Active Customer export)?
