In the free edition there is no way to delete a customer or invoice, we will be adding this functionality to the advanced edition in our next release.

If I upgrade from XE Lite to the full version and import all the files, will it then let me delete customers & invoices?

Correct, when we release version 3.04 you will be able to delete customers and invoices in the Advanced Edition.

I have purchased the full version and I have been trying in vain to delete some of my customers. I recently upgraded to 3.06 and still I can’t find any way to delete these customers. Can you please advise me?

Also it appears that I have a bug in my invoice printing. Instead of strictly "bill to" being show as it is in settings it show "Bill to _ Header"

Both items will be part of 3.07 they were intended to be in 3.06 but were pulled at the last minute due to another issue that was found. The next version will be released on 10/2/2010.

Also, if you switch it to Invoice #4 the header details show correctly.

Once you have done this it will use #4 for all new customers and invoices it just doesn't update anything active. I think I am going to have this submitted as an enhancement so that even active invoices and customers get updated.
